I. Policy Statement

II. Provision of Auxiliary Aids and Services
The Practice is committed to ensuring that individuals with disabilities and those with limited English proficiency have meaningful access to our services. To this end, The Practice:
- Provides reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to ensure effective communication, such as accessible electronic formats or office settings.
- Provides language assistance services for individuals whose primary language is not English, which may include referrals to bilingual clinicians or the use of qualified interpretation tools.
