Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
“Lets start your journey on brighter paths, toward new horizons, and discover long lasting healing.”
Seeking help is a big step, and I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and lasting change. I work with individuals, young adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, OCD, anxiety, depression, marital conflict, and complex family dynamics. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed—seeking clarity, emotional regulation, and freedom from the intergenerational patterns or past wounds that continue to impact their lives and relationships.
I specialize in trauma and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and I believe that many mental health challenges stem from unprocessed pain, whether from childhood, adolescence, or later in life. Through structured guidance and compassionate support, I help clients uncover the root causes of their struggles and build the life skills, self-awareness, and resilience needed to thrive. My work is centered on assisting people to achieve peace, empowerment, and meaningful connection within themselves and their relationships.
I utilize a wide range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and value-based methods. My therapy style is grounded in clarity and structure, while remaining warm, collaborative, and deeply person-centered. Whether you’re facing intrusive thoughts, compulsions, grief, identity concerns, infidelity, life transitions, or challenges launching into adulthood, I provide practical tools and personalized care to support healing and transformation.
I hold a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy with distinction from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University–Idaho. I firmly believe that our experiences—especially those rooted in early family life—shape who we are and how we relate to the world. In a world full of conflict and confusion, I strive to be a consistent and effective source of guidance for those ready to take the next step toward healing.
I was born and raised in Northern San Diego County, California, and my family and I currently call Cedar City, Utah, home. Outside of my therapy work, I enjoy learning new languages, spending time outdoors, shooting at the local range, designing websites, diving into PC games, and exploring personal growth. Like you, I know how difficult life’s challenges can be—and I believe in the power of therapy to bring clarity, hope, and genuine healing.
If you’re ready to start the journey, I’d be honored to walk with you.
